Dear Parents/Guardians,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to inform you of the updated set of school rules that will help maintain a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment for all students. We greatly appreciate the partnership between the school and parents, and it is important that you are fully aware of these guidelines so we can work together in assisting the students toward responsible behavior. These rules have been set not only to maintain order but also to support student growth, safety, and academic focus.
To begin, students must arrive at school before 7:40 am to ensure they have enough time to prepare for their classes. Arriving early allows students to settle down, organize their materials, and mentally prepare for the day. This practice should encourage punctuality and show respect for both teachers and classmates.
Proper school uniforms must be worn at all times to promote equality and discipline. Wearing the uniform correctly helps create a sense of unity and may prevent unnecessary comparisons among students. In doing so, students learn to present themselves with respect and uphold the values of the school.
Additionally, mobile phones should be kept in lockers during lessons to avoid distractions. Keeping devices stored away ensures that students remain attentive and prevents interruptions during class. This rule will help maintain a peaceful and positive learning environment for everyone.
If a student were to fail to follow these rules, then a meeting with the school administration will be conducted. Rather than focusing on punishment, our intention is to encourage better decision-making among students. With proper guidance, they can learn to take responsibility for their own actions and improve their behavior.
We understand that cooperation between parents and teachers will play a vital role in ensuring these guidelines are respected and followed. When both sides guide students with the same message, it becomes easier for them to stay disciplined and make wise choices. Together, we can help them build not just academic skills but also good character they can carry beyond the classroom.
To end, this letter was written to inform you about the school rules that every student must follow. We hope you will remind your child that these rules should always be respected. If your child were to follow them carefully, our school would become a more disciplined and peaceful place for everyone.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Respectfully yours,
Mrs. Maria Augustina
