Dear parents/guardians,
I am Mr. Alex, the head teacher. Due to recent bad behaviour from some students, the school governor and leaders have introduced some new rules for our school. These rules aim to help discipline and create a better learning environment. We ask for your support in helping your children follow them.
Some students have been misbehaving during lessons and break times. This includes running inside, being unkind, and forgetting their equipment. These actions have caused learning and safety issues.
Running is not allowed again in any building to prevent any injuries and to keep everyone safe.
Running is not allowed because it can cause accidents. Walking keeps everyone safe.
Students must always be kind and respectful to each other.
Students must be kind and respectful to help make a school a friendly and safe place to study and play.
They also need to bring the right equipment to school every day.
Students should bring the right equipment so they are ready to learn and do their work properly.
We appreciate your support in reminding your child about these important rules. When parents and the school work together, it helps students to remember the importance of good behaviour.
Thank you for helping the school be a better place to learn, be safe, and be kind.
Yours sincerely,
Mr. Alex Sincerely
