Formal letter from the Head Teacher

Seacrest County

January 19, 2010

Dear Parents/Guardian

The School Council, with the Seacrest County Governor, Mr. Andre Job, has made new school rules for 2010-2011. We hope that you and your children will appreciate these rules that we made.

1. Behavior in class

Students should participate well in class discussions and answer the teacher’s questions. Everyone must be attentive to their teacher              and not chat with their classmates.

2. Attendance

Students should always be present in everyday class. If a student will be absent for two or more days, he should submit an excuse letter explaining the absence. Repeated absences are not allowed for they can lead to sanctions.

3. Uniform

Students will wear the uniform of the day. If a student does not have his uniform yet, he can wear civilian clothes while waiting.

Strictly no PE uniform, no PE.

4. Fetcher and Bus Service ID

Grades 1-3 will stay in school to wait for their parents. They will avail the Fetcher’s ID in order to fetch their children. Grades 4-6 will avail the Bus Service ID going home.

5. Items not allowed in class

Students are not allowed to bring iPads, toys, games, and cards. The guards have the right to confiscate these items, and they will be returned to the parents after class. Repeated behaviors like these are liable to sanctions.

We hope that you and your children will appreciate these new school rules that we have made. These rules will be implemented starting March 25, 2010. We hope to see your kids in Seacrest Elementary School for the school year 2010-2011.

Yours truly,

Mr. John Bill

Head Teacher
