Dear Auroras,

We hope this letter finds you well. This letter informs you about the new school rules and change regulations. These rules aim to make the school’s atmosphere better. These are for students and should be respected. We wish that you will follow these rules and help in making TNLA a better place that thrives with peace and harmony.

School natural environment

Rules about keeping the school’s natural atmosphere clean. These rules ensure that children will be inspired to take care of our beloved planet.

Students must throw their waste in proper places.

Students must not leave their garbage lying everywhere. They must use the 3 bins: biodegradable, non-biodegradable, and recyclable. Students should not throw waste carelessly; they must throw the trash in the perfect bin (example: paper goes in the recyclable bin).

Do not urinate or spit on plants.

Do not destroy our planet’s precious greenery. They provide fresh air and food to us, and that is what you will do to them? We suggest that you go to the restroom if you are in need of micturition (pee) or expectoration (spit).

Clean school buildings

Rules about keeping the school’s buildings clean, both the interiors and outside. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the school’s structures is also beneficial to the environment.

Classroom cleanliness.

All classes from nursery to 12th grade should have daily classroom cleaners. The advisor or the class president may divide the classroom or just assign everyone. Students must at least fix the chairs and tables (if they have), sweep the floor, and clear the board. They are not allowed to do tasks that are too dangerous for their age.

Please keep places clean and organized for others.

Please maintain the cleanliness and organization of public places. Examples of such places are the restrooms, cafeteria, and library. Put back the things that you use and keep them organized and keep them clean, but do not try to fix dangerous things (clogs, broken furniture, and more).

Do not make anything dirty.

We should also care for the things that other people use. Examples are the chairs. After sitting in the grasslands, please clean your lower body clothing (pants, shorts, etc.). The grasslands might have dirty things like the feces (poop) of animals. Other examples are the toilets and cafeteria tables.

Safety and respect

Rules about the safety and respect of the students. These rules envision a learning environment that thrives with peace and harmony.

Please talk quietly.

Please talk quietly in places where silence is expected. An example is the library. Please quietly read the books and carefully use the things. If you need to cough or sneeze, use a handkerchief or do the “cough inside your elbow” practice; you students will learn about that.

No foul language.

We strictly do not allow cursing, both English curses and other languages. The tongue has no bones, but it is strong enough to break a heart. Please be careful with the letters that come out of your mouth.

No hurting/bullying.

Strictly no bullying or harming. Any student that is doing these will be sent to the principal’s office. Please inform the school medical service in case of any injured students. Special students (students with autism, etc.) that hurt may have a different school schedule or move to a different school; this school is a SAFE ZONE.

Prohibited Objects

Rules about bringing unallowed items with you to school. Following these rules will maintain the school’s peace and can avoid any accidents involving harm.

No harmful weapons.

Students are strictly not allowed to bring any dangerous weapons, especially melee weapons, firearms, etc. Examples of these are knives. If the scanner detects a prohibited item, the student may explain if it is for an activity or experiment, but of course, the security will still ask the advisor to ensure that it is true. Any student that tries to get away or smuggle a weapon will be sent to the principal’s office.

No drugs.

Our school strictly prohibits drugs like vapes, cigarettes, alcoholic liquids, etc. Any student found with these, or if the cafeteria worker is selling these, they will be sent to the principal’s office with their parents.

Recess rules

Rules during lunch or recess for students. These rules aim to strengthen the respect of children to their food, the person who served the food, and others who are eating.

Recess cannot exceed the given time.

Students cannot exceed the given time for recess. It is recommended that students buy or bring food that is quick to eat, but of course, please make sure that the food will surely satisfy their hunger. Any student that is still eating during class or somewhere else shall keep their food and continue eating it after the last class.

Eat properly and keep tables clean.

Students should respect their food and eat it properly. Please clean the table and chair that you used. If it is too hard to clean or if you need to go, inform the cleaning staff or just leave it there because they will handle it.

No outdoor food.

Students are not allowed to go beyond the school to buy food. They are only allowed to buy in the cafeteria.

School entry

These are rules that ensure that a student’s entry into the school is permitted or allowed. These rules not only care about that, but they also care about the safety of the students. These will make sure that the school remains a peaceful and safe zone.

Ask permission from school entrance security before entering.

Please ask permission from the security of the school entrance before entering the school. If the security is not there, you may use the card fence and use your swipe card.

Other people from other schools are not allowed to enter.

We do not allow other students from other schools to enter our property. Allowing other schools to enter is only permitted during school collaborating events (like school sports competitions, etc.). Students from other schools found in our property will be told to leave.

Commencement and Dismissal of a School day

Rules that ensure that the flow of the start and the end of a school day will be smooth and satisfactory. School day commencements are the start of school days, while dismissals are the end of school days or classes.

Start of the day:

Ask permission from school entrance security before entering.

Please ask permission from the security of the school entrance before entering the school. If the security is nowhere to be seen, you may use the card fence and use your swipe card.

Be early.

Students should always be early for classes. The school has a time when they will open and close the gates. If the student is too late, they will be locked outside. We hope that the students be not late.

During class

Rules that maintain a satisfactory flow of everyday classes. These can avoid any interruptions during a discussion and can keep the students from being distracted.

No unnecessary activity during lessons.

Students are not allowed to do anything during lessons but listen. Strictly no taking out of gadgets unless it’s for research or science experiment purposes. Eating during class is also unallowed, as I said in the “Recess Rules.”

Students must ask permission from the teacher before doing things.

Students must ask permission from their adviser before doing things, like before using the bathroom or getting something from their bag, etc.

Emergencies.

A student may leave the class early when there is an emergency or special event. If the student has no time to explain or ask permission from the advisor, the parent may explain it to the teacher through phone messaging. If this is not possible (like if the parent is not friends with the teacher in a messaging app), the student may send a letter through the mail or explain it on the day when the student is back.

Formal Attire

These are rules that make sure that the students are wearing the appropriate clothing. These rules also tell the bad things that might happen if they break them. We hope that they do not break these rules.

Students must always wear a complete uniform.

Students must always be in their complete uniform. Any student seen wearing the inappropriate attire shall explain it to the adviser. Wearing civilian clothes is only allowed when we permit it. Please inform me (principal) and the school registrars for a replacement or when the student still does not have the uniform.

ID is always required.

Students must always wear their identification card. Not having an ID can lead to very bad things, such as not being able to enter the school since the fence requires the ID (swipe card). Students must inform me (principal) and school registrars in case of needing a replacement. Lending, borrowing, or vandalizing the ID is strictly prohibited.

Thank you for accepting this letter and we hope these new rules and regulations make our school a better place. These rules are very important. We wish there to be no violations. That may lead to a very bad thing happening, and that might break our school’s harmony. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions!

Yours sincerely,
