The Mutual Benefits of Helping

Helping less fortunate people benefits both the giver and the receiver. It creates stronger friendships. It gives them a sense of fulfillment. It makes them happy. I once volunteered for a charity, and seeing the receiver happy made me happy too. Let me explain why helping the less fortunate benefits both the giver and the receiver.

One of the reasons why it benefits both the giver and the receiver is that it makes them happy. Giving increases happiness, and it feels good to help or to give to others. Receiving can create moments of joy by being appreciated and needed. As a result, both experience joy through the knowledge that they have made a positive impact on each other’s lives.

Another reason why helping less fortunate people benefits both the giver and the receiver is that it gives them a sense of fulfillment. The selfless act of giving without expecting something in return can be deeply fulfilling. Unexpected gifts and surprises can also be fulfilling for the receiver. So, they both felt happiness and satisfaction.

A third reason why both the giver and the receiver benefit is that it creates stronger friendships. Giving can earn trust with the receiver, which can improve their friendships. Showing that both of them care for each other can strengthen their friendship. Also, being positive toward one another can help build a lasting bond.

In conclusion, the act of helping less fortunate people can benefit both the giver and the receiver. Giving and receiving can create moments of joy by being helpful and needed. That is why it can benefit both of them.
