TKD Warriors (Story about two best buddies)

Friday afternoon, Jinwoo was in the gym with Coach Minho to train and apprehend his sparring skills for the upcoming competition. He’s preparing to battle his opponent on Saturday, Jung Wooseok, his ex-best friend.  They ended their friendship over a stupid reason. Last Wednesday, he and Wooseok had a friendly sparring match. They wanted to show each other who was better. The air became sharp and fierce as the referee began to lead the fight. Finally, the sparring began, and their skills were so scary and professional as the fight progressed, with the other players sitting in the distance, watching the two of them.

But then, when the fight was almost over, they both ended up hurting each other—which was bad. It’s a good thing the coach stopped both of them to calm them down. The day of the competition arrives, and all the players are warming up on the court. Sung Jinwoo and Jung Woo Seok are among them. Some players practice their kicks to score points, while others focus on their defense to block attacks from opponents. The atmosphere intensifies as the battles commence across each category, ranging from toddlers to junior black belts. After a few hours, it’s time for Jinwoo and Wooseok to face off against each other. As the match progresses, their scores rise with every kick and block. The score is tied at 19-19. With only 15 seconds left, Jinwoo makes the first move while Wooseok attempts a flying moon kick to dodge his attack. In the final two seconds, Jinwoo wins with a turning roundhouse kick to the head. The crowd erupts in cheers as the judges declare Jinwoo the junior black belts category champion, with Wooseok taking second place.

The intense atmosphere begins to fade as the event concludes, and the coach advises Jinwoo to train harder to bring more victories home. Jinwoo smiles, bows to him, and starts packing his gear. His gaze shifts to Wooseok, who looks a bit down about his loss. Feeling sympathetic, Jinwoo approaches him to talk. They stepped behind the bleachers and began to apologize to Wooseok for what happened a week ago. It wasn’t Jinwoo’s intention to hurt him during the incident. Wooseok, on the other hand, smiles softly as he expresses his apologies for doing the same. The two share a hug and promise never to hurt each other again. They both start to move from the past and reconnect as best friends once more. Jinwoo and Wooseok vow that nothing will come between their friendship if challenges arise.
